In summer, early childhood enrichment classes will meet on Mondays from 10-11 am on the following dates: June 9, 16, 30, and July 7.

This session will focus on baking and pastry arts! Young bakers in training will have the chance to develop their skills in creating delectable cakes, cookies, and other pastry items.

More generally, 0ur early childhood classes feature multi-sensory exploration, learning, and play. These classes introduce our youngest petit pâtissiers to fresh ingredients and new flavors, as well as kitchen hygiene and safety practices. Together with their chef instructor, students will select and explore ingredients with all our senses. We cook simple recipes that are designed to work on fine motor skills and build confidence in the kitchen, as well as stimulate your child’s curiosity and creativity. At the end of each class, students will enjoy sharing the fruits of their labor with friends and caregivers around the table, practicing socialization skills and watching their grownups model table manners.

One caregiver must be present for each class.
