In Fall 2025, our classes for 5-8 year olds will meet four times for two hours, from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm, on the following dates: September 6, September 27, October 25, and November 15. The theme for this series is Culinary Trip Around the World, in which we learn about and practice some of the cooking traditions in countries like Italy, Mexico, Thailand, and Morocco. In each class, students will make one savory and one sweet dish, providing the opportunity to practice both savory cooking and pastry skills. At the end of each class, students will set the table together and enjoy their homemade lunch (and dessert!) with classmates.
