In September, we will have two sessions of early childhood enrichment classes; one session will meet on Mondays from 10-11 am on the following dates: September 8, 15, 22, and 29; the other session will meet on Tuesdays from 10-11 am on the following dates: September 9, 16, 23, and 30.

We will explore the theme: Culinary Trip Around the World, in which we take a culinary journey around the world to learn about some of the cooking traditions in countries like Mexico, Thailand, and Morocco. This series is designed to nurture an appreciation for new foods, flavors, cuisines, and cultures, expanding young chefs’ culinary horizons, and more generally, their openness to new experiences.

More generally, 0ur early childhood classes feature multi-sensory exploration, learning, and play. These classes introduce our youngest petit pâtissiers to fresh ingredients and new flavors, as well as kitchen hygiene and safety practices. Together with their chef instructor, students will select and explore ingredients with all our senses. We cook simple recipes that are designed to work on fine motor skills and build confidence in the kitchen, as well as stimulate your child’s curiosity and creativity. At the end of each class, students will set the table and enjoy the fruits of their labor with classmates.

One caregiver must be present for each class.
